Inspired by the wisdom of the seasons and cycles of Mother Earth during the year – tuning into the seasonal energies, the abundance of seasonal produce and foods that nature provides, and the cues that we are given by the wisdom keepers – the ancient wisdom of indigenous peoples – we use the cues, seasons and cycles to tune in, and tune up!
At Real Food For Real Women, we use seasonal cues and transitions as times to tune in, tune up, and reconnect with ourselves; as well as to give our bodies a break!
